If we purchase additional domains and/or emails, they will be an additional charge. But, this gets the party started. You have several credit cards on file in godaddy, which would you like me to use specifically for the Godaddy purchases? Or, if you want to use another one, please provide info.

Design and Pre-press – Cost $300 per set

This includes a one-time cost for design and pre-press file set up for each company. (premium cards can contain up to 10 files for production) Future card orders will not include this.

Premium – Cost $200 per set
Quantity 1000 / 15 pt silk lamination / 1 foil element on front / spot uv on both sides / delivered within 10-14 business days of final art approval

Business Card Prints - American Eagle / (x15) / $750

Standard – Cost $50 per set
Quantity 1,000 / 14 pt glossy / full color both sides / delivered within 5-7 business days of final art approval

Brochure Design and Pre-Press / (x2) / $1,000

Design – Cost $500 per set

This includes a one-time cost for design and pre-press file set up for all 4 business entities. Designing a brochure is essentially like designing a condensed analog version of your website and it takes time to do it right. Future brochure print orders will not include this.

Brochure Printing / (x2) / $500

Printing – Cost $250 per set

Quantity 1,000 / trifold layout / 8.5″ x 11″ / 100lb gloss book / full color both sides

Folder Design - NBP - $300

This is a one time fee for design and prepress file setup for 9 x 12″ presentation folders.

 

Folder Print - NBP - $1,400

Quantity 250 / These folders are high-end 16 pt silk lamination, with foil element, spot uv both inside and outside, full color print both inside and outside, with embossed logo on the cover, 2 pockets, and a business card holder.

The total investment for your project, as it stands, is $20,350. (not including Godaddy)

This covers all we discussed as far as web development, printed materials, and promotional items. This does not include photography or videography. I can utilize plenty of royalty free images to get this going along with whatever photos and videos you have acquired along the way. If we find we need candid photos, this can be implemented in the coming months. Also, if you want to implement online payment processing, chat features, online scheduling, these will be an additional charge and can be implemented at anytime.

Everything can be completed in full in 90 days, as long as I am working on everything in tandem. I have created an invoice in advance to expedite the process if this projection is accurate and you are in agreement with it.

If you are prepared to move forward, I would need a 50% deposit to get this project underway. After you click on View Invoice, click on pay by credit card, and the payment box will reflect the total amount of the project. Simply change the amount to half and click pay. (Godaddy will be paid directly to Godaddy and is not included on the Dieter Designs invoice)

The 3% credit card convenience fee can be avoided by paying via (ACH) Bank Payment (PREFERRED) , check, or cash.
