Logo & Branding Palette $500

Design of logo and comprehensive branding palette. If you like what I’ve done, great, we’ll roll in this direction. If not, I will compose a few other ideas until it’s what you’re looking for. Includes logo, fonts, theme, feel, and colors.

Website Setup / Framework & Branding $1,500

This is the setup process of initiating your site.

Installation of all necessary plugins; ie: salient, wordfence, limit login attempts, gravity forms, etc. Getting the site functional by implementing proper navigation, maps API, google analytics, customize header and footer, page transitions, navigation features, etc. Branding the site by implementing an updated logo, comprehensive branding pallet, color scheme, site icon, favicon, social linkage, etc. Along with many other elements too intricate and extensive to list.

This project can be completed within 60 days.

Main Site / 12 Pages $3,600

Pages are priced at, on average, $300 per page. Because of the screen size cross-compatibility of modern sites, it’s challenging to explain price per page. But the way we explain a page is any amount of visual content and text that can fit on a typical computer screen (1920 x 1080) with three screen-sized up-scrolls (meaning whatever can fit on 3 screen-sized spaces of digital real estate).

Potential Pages: 12 (this is baseed on how many pages you currently have and I would suggest one or two more, ie: faq, terms, privacy policy, gallery, etc.)

Instant Chat Feature $500

Implementation of instant chat feature allowing potential customers to ask questions and get immediate answers. Priced per agent.

Business Cards $1,900

Design $300 / $200 per set of 1k, 15pt, silk lamination, spot uv, foil stamp, and rounded corners. This includes 8 sets to get you started. You can upgrade the print quality and quantities with additional funding, but I am assuming this can get you started.

Social Media Branding $500

Getting all of your social media accounts congruent to brand with pixel perfect precision.

The total investment for your project, as it stands, is $8,500. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to discuss this project further before we commit to initiation. I have created an invoice in advance to expedite action if this projection is accurate and you are in agreement with it. If you are prepared to move forward, I would need a 50% deposit to get this project underway. After you click on View Invoice, click on pay by credit card, and the payment box will reflect the total amount of the project. Simply change the amount to half and click pay. The 3% credit card convenience fee can be avoided by paying by direct account transfer (AHC), check, or cash. If you wish to pay by AHC, check, or cash, I will revise the invoice and remove the convenience fee. The balance will be due within 60 days along with, of course, your complete satisfaction.
