Domain / Hosting / SSL $325

This is what, for example, Godaddy charges for the items you need to create your web presence. You need a domain name (which it seems you already have), a hosting plan (where your site exists), site security (absolutely necessary), and SSL Certificate (as of this year, google now notifies when a site is unsecured http vs. https. – so to avoid any conflicts, like you saw during our meeting at ROI, if you initiate the SSL, you will never encounter those problems and you are ahead of the game). These items combined, when purchased through Godaddy, cost $325. Which is good for one year. You may purchase 3 years+ and get a discount, but that is up to you. When you are ready, I will assist you with the purchase to make sure you get everything you need so that I can get started.

Website Setup $1500

This is the setup process of initiating your site. Setting up your hosting account, FTP, SSL certificate, and site security. Installing WordPress and all necessary plugins; ie: salient, wordfence, limit login attempts, gravity forms, etc. Getting the site functional by implementing proper navigation, maps API, google analytics, customize header and footer, page transitions, navigation features, etc. Branding the site by implementing a comprehensive branding pallet, color scheme, site icon, favicon, social linkage, etc. Along with many other elements too intricate and extensive to list.

This project will be done in 60 days or less.

Website Pages $900

Pages are priced at, on average, $300 per page. Because of the screen size cross-compatibility of modern sites, it’s challenging to explain price per page. But the way we explain a page is any amount of visual content and text that can fit on a typical computer screen (1920 x 1080) with one screen-sized scroll up (meaning whatever can fit on 2 screen sized spaces of digital real estate). As far as I can tell, you would need 3 pages.

  • About (personal bio, story, mission statement)
  • Projects (showcase page of all projects)

Project Pages

Your project pages will be priced individually, in addition to your site pages, due to the depth of content and the work involved in creating visual content.

Project 1 - Las Vegas / The Hub/ June 2019 / $1750

Please note: This assumes that the page will entail a drone video header, a gallery of images, a property breakdown, and a link to the broker. If the project expands into a page with a scope similar to The Hub or NWC, I will adjust the cost of this project page to $1,000 and the additional work expense can be added to the balance upon completion.

Travel $600

$600 will cover our travel expenses for 2 days.

The total investment for your project, as it stands, is $7,625. Please let us know if you have any questions or if you would like to discuss this project further before we commit to a date. I have created an invoice in advance to expedite action if this projection is accurate and you are in agreement with it. If you are prepared to move forward, we would need a 50% deposit to get this project underway. When you click on View Invoice, the payment box will reflect the total amount of the project, click pay by credit card, and simply change the amount in the box to $3,800 and click pay. The balance of $3,825 will be due within 60 days or upon a sooner completion and, of course, your complete satisfaction.
